These Spinach & Feta Puff Pastry Rolls are a perfect snack, appetizer, or side dish. Crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor, they are easy to make with simple ingredients and a little prep.
Ingredients
- 10 oz fresh spinach
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg (for filling)
- Salt, to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 89 g ricotta cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package puff pastry sheets (pre-rolled)
Instructions

- Prepare the Filling
Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic, and sauté briefly. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat, allow to cool, then mix with ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and black pepper. Add 1 egg to bind the filling. - Assemble the Rolls
Roll out the puff pastry sheets. Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly. Roll the pastry into a log shape, sealing the edges to prevent filling from spilling. Slice into individual rolls. - Bake the Rolls
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the rolls on a lined baking sheet and brush the tops with a little beaten egg for a golden finish. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. - Serve & Enjoy
Allow to cool slightly before serving. These rolls are perfect warm or at room temperature and make a great addition to any meal or party spread.
Tips & Tricks
- Use fresh spinach for the best flavor, or thaw and drain frozen spinach.
- Add herbs like dill or parsley for extra freshness.
- Ensure the rolls are sealed well to avoid filling leakage.
